Our 14-Day Return Policy

Sometimes things don’t work out, and we understand.

If you’re not completely satisfied with an eligible purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with any tags or packaging included.

Handmade & Personalized Creations

Some things are made especially for you.

Because custom shirts, personalized gifts, party favors, and other made-to-order creations are prepared around your individual requests, these purchases are generally final sale.

We encourage you to double-check names, sizes, colors, and design details before confirming your order.

Self-Care & Personal Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used body-care products generally cannot be returned.

We encourage you to review product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing.

If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, please reach out as soon as possible.

We’ll review the issue and work with you toward a fair solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

For ordinary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If an approved return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we’ll arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
